Cancelling and AOL Account Can be Hard Work!

i found this video on Youtube of a quite frankly arrogant AOL customer service support worker. Watch and you'll see why.

This is absolutely acceptable, bcoz I had a problem with AOL billing which I didn't use AOL for an year because they connected AOL broadband with another broadband which is B.T already working, so I couldn't use 2 broadband in one telephone line. I made a call to AOL last year and they said I don't have to pay and they will cancel my contract because it's their fault. But now they ordered me to pay £200 for an year otherwise they gonna pass my details to credit refering agency and to the court and debt collecting agency.

Please never every think about AOL
