Thought that was it, bill payed but week later my broadband was off,i phoned them up just to get told they did not recive no cheque,i went to my bank to find out why, the bank gave me a print out of the cheque and told me the cheque had been recived and cashed by AOL.phoned AOL back still the same it took 3 months before they admitted it had been cashed by them,they agreed to give me broadband free for a few month so they should all the stress i had due to them.thought that was the end of the stress from them but OH NO i am back to square one with them but this time its with the AOL talk not taking the money out when they should just trying whenever they want which left me owing them again ,they bared my outgoing calls and when i spoke to them they said the bill was cleared 2 people told me this and put my outgoing calls back on.I went to my bank who told me it had not been payed so again i phoned aol for another person to tell me its was still outstanding .then on the 9th of april AOL took the outstanding amount out of my bank but on the 15th of april i recived an email from them telling me my aol talk had been cancelled .since then i have gone to bt for my calls but have to use a code before the number to be able to ring out due to aol putting a block on the phone which when phoned them they are trying to tell me they have not and also told me to ring back in 24 hours.<br /><br /> I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF AOL AND REALISED ITS POINTLESS RINGING THEM AS U GET NOWHERE U HAVE TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ABOUT TEN TIMES TO THEM ,THEY MUST EMPLOY CLOWNS.........I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY WELL CLEAR OF AOL OR SHOULD I SAY A.O.HELL......mickandjo3http://openid.aol.com/mickandjo3noreply@blogger.com
